As a subsidiary of the Norwegian state-owned Telenor Group, Telenor Myanmar shared a LinkedIn profile, "Telenor," with the group's head office and other business units across Europe and Asia. To promote Telenor Myanmar as a great place to work and attract talent from specific regions, we used LinkedIn's geo-targeting function for our posts. Over two years of creating LinkedIn content for Telenor Myanmar with the employer branding team, I successfully garnered over 20,000 followers from the targeted region.
