In September 2020, Telenor Myanmar received its official certification from the Great Place to Work® Institute after being assessed by the institute's India branch. For this project, I played multiple roles, including preparing the application, writing reports, assisting in conducting surveys, and communicating about the certification to both internal and external audiences. The survey achieved a 95% response rate from all employees, confirming Telenor Myanmar as a leader in company culture and employee experience. This recognition positioned us among the few Great Place to Work Certified telecom organisations in Asia.
