Telenor Myanmar usually held an annual full-day event with over 700 employees, celebrating the past year's successes and setting the direction for the future. This event brought every employee from across the country to the head office, fostering a strong sense of team spirit. The agenda was always packed with business and strategy presentations, rewards and recognitions, and various games and entertainment. During my tenure, I organised four Telenor Day events. Each event was carefully curated with different themes to reflect the year's strategy and engage employees. The last two were held virtually due to the peak of the global pandemic.
